JOB SUMMARY: The Back Office Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Receptionist, Inside Sales Account Specialist and Billing Coordinator daily activities..
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):
• Back up to Receptionist; answer phones, manage the front desk
• Back up for Billing Coordinator; prepare, audit and distribute daily executive report
• Credit card processing for sales orders
• Upload invoices to customer portals
• Processing Billing Adjustments and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) as needed
• Process Metal Pricing updates and maintain metal pricing tables
• Assist Inside Sales with order entry and quote processing
• Assist Inside Sales with general customer requests; provide documentation such as invoices, pack slips, certs, tracking information, etc.
• Accurately enter necessary information into corporate databases
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• Associates Degree required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced global environment and multi-task with impeccable attention to detail while maintaining a high level of precision
• Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet organizational objectives and deadlines
• Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to change
• Operational mindset and solid customer service instincts
• Ability to work with basic math calculations
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Ability to develop an understanding of Indium products, services and pricing structure
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Back Office Coordinator does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.
SHIFT:
Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm

The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.
